Respected Chattanooga businessman, Robert K. Fisher, has recently joined Re/Max Renaissance Realtors in the continued expansion of the company's commercial real estate and development groups. Robert, a Chattanooga native, graduated from the University of Tennessee after attending Chattanooga's McCallie School. His BS degree in Industrial Engineering, led to a broad career experience. Most recently as President of Central Park of America, Inc., Robert was responsible for all aspects of site selection, financing and site development for company-owned and franchised restaurants. Central Park is the second largest franchised double drive-thru quick service restaurant chain in the country. Robert has pursued his interest in commercial real estate by owning and managing several personal investments, including apartments, office condominiums, self-storage and office buildings, as well as raw land. He is actively involved in creative and practical financing for many types of properties. Robert's previous career endeavors span management of manufacturing, distribution and procurement concerns, including work in the fields of carpet textiles, fiberglass boat manufacturing, PVC/ABS pipe production, aluminum window extrusions, portrait photography and offset printing. Robert, wife Pamela, and their three daughters make their home on Signal Mountain.
